Customers wishing to return an item must send it back to the “From Address” mentioned on the courier packet. Once the returned item is received, the payment will be processed from our side. Customers may also choose remote end payment if preferred. Delivery Timelines: Within Kerala: 7 working days Outside Kerala: 10–14 working days International Deliveries: Subject to respective country courier service availability and timelines Please ensure that the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and packed in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
